This is a repeat breeding. For me it's a very important one cause Pen (American CH Shannara's Penderrin) is Bowie's son (Nova's first mate) and Darby, who happens to be Exel's sister (he is the one I'm breeding Céleste with). Pen won Best of opposite sexe at the 2007 american specialty's sweepstakes. He also has this very 'scandinavian' look and I know what I'll get cause I've seen the results (Milky Way litter 2008). Next litters scheduled should be Céleste again in 2010 and probablyTora in 2011. Three types of evaluation are made at around 8 weeks : temperament according to the Volhard method, hunt/work skills and we use 'Puppy Puzzle' from Pat Hastings to make the final selection and structural test.
