The 'Great movies stars' litter
June 24 2010
Always looking for the best breeding possible, this time I went with a Canadian dog for the first time. Roman lives in London (Ontario) with my friends Pauline and Barry Harrison. Two UD dogs together, wow !
I met Roman for the first time in 2007 at the FCRSC specialty in Québec City and I fell in love with him. He is ranked in the Top 5 in Canada and USA and was invited to the Westminster show in 2009 and 2010. Like my Baxter, he made the cut at the US Specialty in 2009. He is a fantastic working and hunting dog. I can't wait for this litter.
In February 2010 and 2011 at the pretigious Westminster show, the judge gave Roman a 'Award of merit'. Roman finished 2010 as the number one flat-coated in Canada.
According to Dogs in Canada, Roman was Top dog All Breed Number 8 in Canada for 2008 in obedience. He is also the first and only Grand Champion and Master obedience Champion flatcoat.
Nine black puppies born on June 24 2010.
Asia. She lives in the Ottawa area and wore the blue collar. Sharon and Doug waited for her a long time. She is lively, friendly, brimming with charm and personality, yet cuddly and snugly and sensitive.
Chevy. He was the pink collar. He lives in Québec City with aunt Salsa.
Forrest. The orange boy, that one stayed with me. I see Forrest as the best dog Knightcastle has produced so far.
Gibson. He was the purple boy. He lives now in New Brunswick with his friend Vedder, a golden retriever.
Henry. I named him 'Robocop', he was the little leader of the pack and was wearing the red collar. Always busy but very charming at the same time. He lives with his half-sister Olive from the 'Cartoon characters' litter.
Jack. He was the lime collar. He lives also in New Brunswick.
Oreo. She was the busy yellow colar girl. She lives in Ottawa with Gypsy, another flatcoat.
Otis. The green collar boy. Sweet little boy.
Spike. The burgundy collay boy. For owner Marie-Josée, to have a flatcoat one day was a dream that she fulfilled with Spike.
